  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and 3/4 cup sugar until evenly combined to ensure an even rise and consistent cinnamon flavor.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup milk and 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter until smooth and slightly frothy to help the loaf remain moist and tender.
  4. Fold Batter and Apples: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold together until just combined. Carefully fold in the prepared apples, avoiding overmixing to keep the bread light and fluffy.
