Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop carrots, celery, and onions finely for even cooking and flavor release. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces or leave whole to shred later.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions, carrots, and celery; cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and fragrant to build flavor.
