Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs and a pinch of salt until lightly frothy. This base will provide the structure and texture for your crustless pizza.
  2. Mix in Cheese and Sauce: Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, optional cheddar and parmesan, along with 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, incorporating the creaminess of cheese and the classic pizza flavor from the sauce.
