  • 50g Hazelnuts, chopped
  • Cocoa powder or grated chocolate, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee and Chocolate: Brew strong espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, unwrap the Kinder Bueno bars and chop roughly to add the signature crunch and chocolatey hazelnut flavor.
  2. Whip the Cream and Mix Mascarpone: Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light, creamy filling.
  3. Dip Ladyfingers in Coffee: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, ensuring not to oversaturate them to prevent sogginess. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish or individual glasses.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle chopped Kinder Bueno pieces and hazelnuts. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by another layer of cream. Finish the top layer with crushed Kinder Bueno and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
